Kaleidoscope

Wow, I didn't realize it but it has been a while ago that I blogged. I really don't know why, I just was busy with other things and I forgot.
We have big plans for a renovation of our house. Our garage and scullery will be pulled down. On the same place we are going to build a new bathroom, bedroom and a new scullery. At the same time we will build a new garage in the backyard. When this all is finished we will get a new kitchen. It will be a mess the coming time but I'm thrilled when I think about it when it's finished. I will keep you informed!

The subject of this blogmessage is Kaleidoscope. It is the name of a brandnew kit by Alessandra Designs. Available at A cherry on top and Digitals.
Alessandra is a wonderful designer, she never uses CU-stuff, everything in her kits is made by herself.

Lilla Fiore

I didn't realise it but it has been more than a week ago I blogged! The only excuse that I have is that I'm very busy finishing my album of our journey to America. It is almost finished so now it's time for my designers again :-)
The latest kit by Alessandra Designs is Lilla Fiore. The kit is available at Digitals. It is a sweet kit in very girly colors, pink, orange, purple in various shades.
Perfect for all kind of photo's! In my LO I used a photo of a wonderful door in Autun, a beautiful town in Burgundy, France.

Grandma's Breezeway

Grandma's Breezeway is the latest kit by Kathryn Estry. It is a large bundle with lots of elements, paper, torn papers, clusters, frames and an alpha. I love the colorcombination: green with turqoise! The kit is available at Digitals, Gotta Pixel, and Scrapbook Bytes. I love this kit so much, I made three layouts with it and no doubt about it I'm going to use it again!

Date night

Kathryn Estry made this wonderful kit called Date night. Available at Scrapbook bytes, Digitals and Gotta Pixel. It is packed with lovely elements in pink, light purple and orange. Suitable for all kind of photo's, even weddingphoto's

I made two layouts. For one I used photo's we made in Ronda (Spain). During a walk we saw these two little puppys who came from under a fence. Full of joy, looking for some fun. Their mother didn't like it, but she was to big to crawl under this fence. She was barking loud to protect her puppys.

For the other layout I used photo's made at the wedding of my collegue. Don't they look pretty?

Natural beauty

It is CAKE (Create a kit event) at Digitals. Every designer created small kits with papers and elements for only $ 1,50 each. All in the same colors, so it gives you the freedom to create your own custom mega kit from your choice of coordinating sets.

Little Cuties

Kathryn Estry has made two new kits. One of them is Little Cuties. A great kit in the colors green, blue and beige. It is about little birds. Kathryn loves to create figures with long eyelashes, it gives the a cute look. I made one page with a photo of a bird, but you can use the kit for all kind of photo's. The kit is available at Digitals, Gottapixel and Scrapbook-Bytes. Besides the kit there are also an alpha, borders and overlaystamps available.

Bejeweld

Create a kit event (aka CAKE) at digitals gives you the freedom to create your own custom magakit from your choice of coordinating sets on sale for just $1,50 each.
They are on sale till 18th December.
I made a LO of the elements and paperpacks designed by Kathryn Estry. This theme is called Bejeweld. Elegant, glittery and pretty for all kind of photo's.

Another one with Splendore

Don't ask me how it is possible but I noticed lately that most of the visitors of my blog live in the USA and Canada. Isn't it time then that I write my blog in English?

I will give it a try but forgive me if I make mistakes :-)

I made another layout with the kit Splendore by Alessandra Designs. The kit is available at Digitals and at A cherry on top.

Splendore is a kit in bright red, green and blue with a touch of grey. For my last layout I used mostly red, excellent for Christmas photo's!

Malachite

Eenmaal terug van onze vakantie in de States had ik niet alleen veel foto's maar ook een heleboel kits om te scrappen. De laatste tijd heb ik een beetje moeite met scrappen, op een of andere manier mis ik inspiratie en doe ik vrij lang over een layout. Soms ben ik wel een uur of twee met een layout bezig en dan ben zo ontevreden dat ik 'm alsnog weggooi.
Daarom ben ik begonnen met de nieuwste kits en heb ik de oudste voor het laatst bewaard. En die was dus vandaag aan de beurt. De kit heet Malachite en is ven Kathryn Estry. De kit is verkrijgbaar bij o.a. Digitals, maar ook bij Scrapbook bytes en Gottapixel.
Het is een prachtige kit in de kleuren oud roze en aqua groen. Er zijn verschillende aanvullingen te koop, torn papers, een alpha, overlay stamps en journaling tags.

First Edition

De laatste kit van Kathryn Estry heet First Edition (page kit) en is o.a. verkrijgbaar bij Digitals. De kit is fantastisch bij vintage foto's maar er zitten genoeg mooie dingen in om andere foto's mee te scrappen. Voor mijn scrap heb ik een foto gebruikt van oude boeken.

Splendore

De nieuwste kit van Alessandra Designs heet Splendore en is o.a. te koop bij Digitals. Een kit boordevol papers zoals we dat gewend zijn van Alessandra. Het is een vrolijke kit in de kleuren groen, rood en lichtblauw met veel goudaccenten. Verder zitten er veel bloemen en frames in, geschikt voor allerlei soorten foto's.

La Famille

De laatste kit van Kathryn Estry heet La Famille en is o.a. verkrijgbaar bij Digitals en Scrapbook bytes. Zoals de titel van de kit al zegt het draait om familie. Het is een warme kit in de kleuren groen, okergeel, bordeaux rood en aardetinten. Ik wist direct dat ik hier twee oude fotootjes voor wilde gebruiken, oude familiefoto's gemaakt op mijn eerste vakantie in Groet, ik was toen twee jaar. Heel wat jaren gingen wij naar dat zelfde kleine dorpje aan zee, natuurlijk met de hele familie. Mijn ouders, grootouders en mijn oom en tante. Ik koester warme herinneringen aan deze vakanties.

Jamestown

De nieuwste kit van Kathryn Estry is Jamestown en is verkrijgbaar bij GottaPixel. Binnenkort ook bij Digitals en Scrapbookbytes.

De kit is prachtig te gebruiken bij herfstfoto's door de mooie diepe en warme kleuren oranje en geel. Maar de kit heeft voldoende in zich om ook met andere foto's te gebruiken.

It's a wrap

De nieuwste kit van Alessandra Designs heet It's a wrap en is o.a. verkrijgbaar bij Digitals. Alessandra ontwerpt al haar elementen en papers zelf. Persoonlijk vind ik het jammer dat ze bijna bij alles glitter toepast, maar goed smaken verschillen nou eenmaal.
It's a wrap gaat over Glitter and glamour, te be a star!

Snow angel

Een wat oudere kit van Kathryn Estry is Snow angel en is verkrijgbaar bij Digitals en Gottapixel. Behalve de kit is er ook een alpha verkrijgbaar. Een kit die Kathryn weer opnieuw onder de aandacht wil brengen. Ik vind het nog een beetje vroeg voor winterscrappies dus heb ik geprobeerd om naast een winterscrap ook een scrap te maken die niets met de winter te maken heeft. Ook om te laten zien dat met een winterkit best andere layouts gemaakt kunnen worden. De layout met de schapen stond vrijwel direct na het plaatsen in de Gallery standout bij Gottapixel.

Beachful bliss

De tweede kit waarmee ik heb gewerkt voor Digitals is Beachful bliss van Vicky Day. Een leuke kit voor al je strand en kinderfoto's, maar ook aquariumfoto's zoals ikzelf in een lootje gebruikt heb.

Cake juni

Create A Kit Event voor juni staat in het teken van vaderdag. Bij Digitals is er elke maand een CAKE, steeds wisselende thema's en kleuren. Elke designer creëert een (mini)kit in de zelfde stijl en kleuren, elke kit is een korte periode te koop voor $ 1,50. Sla je slag, een prachtige gelegenheid om je vader in het zonnetje te zetten!

Showers of joy

Een van de twee kits waar ik deze maand voor Digitals mee werk is Showers of joy van Paula Yagisawa (aka Dreamer Paula).
Het is een felgekleurde kit met veel aquablauw en groen met, de naam zegt het al, regen als onderwerp.
Naast elementen en papers is bij deze kit ook een set kant en klare clusters verkrijgbaar. Makkelijk als je snel een lootje wilt maken.

Bloomers

Deze maand heb ik ook layouts gemaakt voor Kristmess. Ik heb voor haar een wat oudere kit gebruikt, Bloomers genaamd. De kit is te koop bijDigitals. De kit zit vol moet bloemetjes, in allerlei kleuren. Geweldig om clusters mee te maken.

Marigold place

Marigold place is een van de nieuwste kits van Kathryn Estry en is verkrijgbaar bij Digitals. Mooie warme kleuren, verschillende oranje en groene tinten. Deze kit is voor vele doeleinden geschikt.
